Cotton Picc Line Covers – Why the PICCPerfect is More Comfortable

So you’ve got a new PICC line — what now?

Click here to read tips for your first PICC line!

Emily Levy — CEO and cofounder of Mighty Well — was told by a nurse to cover her PICC line (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter) with a cut off cotton sock.  Shocked (and somewhat horrified), Emily set out to find something better.  And so the PICCPerfect PICC line cover was born!

These days, there are a few more options.  How do you know which one to choose?

While standard cotton PICC line covers may keep you safe, the PICCPerfect has a number of features that set it apart from the rest:

FDA Approved

Designed by patients, used by doctors, and FDA-approved!  Even better, you can now use an FSA/HSA to purchase!

Functional Design

Double access points make it easy to access single and double lumens without exposing your PICC Line insertion site. The access points are bonded through a heating process (so no itchy stitching or thread!).

Antimicrobial Technology

Safety is our #1 priority.  Advanced silver-ion technology keeps you protected from germs.

Soft-touch Moisture-wicking Fabric

We know how sensitive your skin can get with a PICC line.  Our soft-touch fabric is comfortable even on irritated skin!

Anti-slip edges

Bonded anti-slip edges prevent the cover from slipping down your arm or chaffing your skin.

Eco-friendly

Our unique fabric is recycled from coffee beans to lessen our environmental impact.

Our Story

Mighty Well - Founder - Emily Levy - Our Story

It all started with a cut off sock, a cute hockey player, and an 8 AM finance class. Oh, and a PICC Line. That moment inspired us to launch our first product, the PICCPerfect PICC Line Cover.

We know it stinks to feel defined by a diagnosis or feel like just a name on a doctor’s chart. Sounds like you? Read how our founder turned sickness into strength.
