8 Simple Ways To Eat Healthy On a Budget

Healthy Meal
Chronic illnesses are difficult to manage, because once there, you will have to live with it forever. To ease out your burden, modifying your food intake is key, so it’s important that you look at the choices you need to make when filling out your plate.
Do not believe others when they say that switching to a healthy diet is costly. That is not true because if you think about it, doing the opposite is much more expensive, especially when you need to be treated for a condition. There are several things that you can do to lessen your meal costs but still maintain healthy options.
For one, you can plan your weekly menu so your grocery shopping is organized. There is so much money lost in impulsive buying. For another, you may choose to prepare your own meals, instead of picking one ready from a restaurant.Don’t wait until it’s too late and you start creating bad eating habits. In order to help you, we’ve decided to come up with this infographic list of 8 simple ways that show you how to eat healthy when you’re on a budget:

So there you have it! Be sure to try these 8 steps, because food is a very significant factor in defining one’s health. The amount and variety of food you take on a regular basis will have a lot of say on your condition. If you are already afflicted with diabetes or heart disease, or you have a PICC line (peripherally inserted central catheter), you are even more encouraged to follow a healthy eating plan that is easy on the pocket to keep your defenses up against a worsening condition.

Our Story

Mighty Well - Founder - Emily Levy - Our Story

It all started with a cut off sock, a cute hockey player, and an 8 AM finance class. Oh, and a PICC Line. That moment inspired us to launch our first product, the PICCPerfect PICC Line Cover.

We know it stinks to feel defined by a diagnosis or feel like just a name on a doctor’s chart. Sounds like you? Read how our founder turned sickness into strength.
